Biography

I am an artist based out of Winston-Salem who primarily works in a mixed media combination of painting and drawing. Taking from a collection of cultural mythology, folklore, and religious texts as my subject matter, the work explores imagery prevalent in contemporary society as well as from ancient history. By focusing on macabre transformations of anatomical forms and monstrous beings and deities found in these religious narratives, my goal as an artist is to create a sense of discomfort alongside fantasy through my artwork.
Right now I am creating work by commission, as well as working to get my pieces out there in galleries!
