Biography

New to Winston-Salem in the past 10 years, I spent most of my life and career in NYC, attending art school in the city and going to concerts. My influences mainly come from music and literature, but lately I have been creating works based on local birds and wildlife; part of my current "critter" series of paintings. I have another series of illustration work under the name "Bombinks" as they are created using Rapidograph ink pens, and the work sometimes features bombs with faces inspired by WWII fighter plane nose art. I spend most of my time in front of a computer as a graphic designer, so I am always happy to step away and pick up a pencil.
