Biography

Courtney Lassiter is a young multidisciplinary artist working in North Carolina with a current interest in oil painting and mixed media. She aims to create work to invoke contrasting reactions in the viewer; to both comfort and provoke, to make both real and believe, and to simply be her most authentic self through her simultaneously whimsical and tangible works of art. Her work has been exhibited from the US Capitol to Atlanta to Minneapolis and beyond.
