Biography

My work for the past several years has been to document the beauty of the world around me. Through this endeavor, I have learned much about the healing power of creativity and the natural world around us.

While I originally delved into photography because of my travels, what I have come to appreciate is that photography has forced me to explore more of North Carolina. Even as a lifelong North Carolina resident, I have seen more of this state over the past few years than in all of my previous years. These days, I would rather spend my time photographing North Carolina than traveling long distances.

My goal with photography immerse myself in the natural world, refine my skills as an artist, and bring nature's wonders to others.
