Biography

Allison Bartkowski is a contemporary artist living and working in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Towson University in 2018 concentrating on painting, drawing and printmaking.

Bartkowski focuses on texture and color in her everyday life and brings that passion to her artwork using a variety of methods. Her work has many aspects of biological nature of both human physiology and the natural world around us. She explores the temporal changes of the world and the effect that humans contribute, using the history of architecture as well as fictional writing as inspiration.
