Biography

I started out with beading as a stress reducer almost 10 years ago and fell in love with working with beads and began making my own original designs 5 years ago. Each piece is a one of a kind design.

I start out with an idea or picture of an image, by creating a grid I decide which shades, sizes and colors of beads I will use to make a pattern. I then begin the handwoven beading process which is done in either peyote, square, or right angle weave stitch, depending on the image I want to create. Most wall hangings I create are a reflection of the surrounding nature where I live.
