Biography

I am a retired art teacher. I am native of Winston Salem, NC.
My artwork is a mixed medium. I make handmade paper that I use in making my ethnic fans. The fans and other ethnic renditions of African and Native American cultures are made of natural materials, such as dryer lint, plant fibers, animal hair,etc.
I have had the opportunity of exhibiting here in North Carolina and Virginia. I have been in the world of art by teaching art and creating art for over 25 years.
