Biography

My name is Alison Arcila. I am originally from the small town of Nashville, NC, but moved to Greenville, NC in 2004 to attend East Carolina University's School of Art and Design. I graduated in 2008 with a BFA in Art Education and a concentration in Painting and Drawing. I stayed in Greenville with my husband and daughter until we moved out to Winston Salem in June of 2013. I am and art teacher at Mineral Springs Elementary School with WS/FCS and am looking forward to many art opportunities that western NC has to offer. I sell my work occasionally at craft shows and do commission work when approached. I am always looking for new opportunities to improve my craft and passion.
