Biography

Seasonstosew offers fun potholders, Cup-Cake oven mitts, aprons, and "Tater Zappers." Placemats, casserole carriers, microwave bowl holders, and wine glass coasters are also popular items.

All of my products are sewn with 100% cotton thread and from 100% fine cotton quilting fabrics. The fabric is cut and assembled into potholders from patterns of my design and sewn using a couple of Bernina sewing machines. Both the potholder and "tater zapper" patterns are designed to maximize fabric yardage. My products are sold in an Amish market in Germantown, MD after being contacted by the store owner at a juried show I was doing in Virginia. The products I offer are kitchen related such as: aprons, potholders, "tater zappers", wine glass coasters, wine bottle gift bags, insulated totes, microwave bowl holders, bread basket liners, and cupcake oven mitts. The non-kitchen items I make are neck coolers and baby quilts. All of my products are offered for sale on-line and can be purchased at juried arts and craft shows.
