Biography

Born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey (1958) Started painting and drawing at age 5. Received formal training from Turkish impressionist painters.

Moved to US in 1982 to train in scientific research and practice Medicine.

I have experimented and evolved over the course of last 3 decades.
Had regular group and solo shows at the Phoenix Gallery in NY city and Studio Gallery in Washington DC.

Moved to Winston Salem 3 years ago due to job opportunities that enabled me to spend more time with my art.

Started Photography 2 years ago and opened a studio 2 months ago for business.
