Biography

Only top quality fresh fruits are used in production and most of my growers are local (Kernersville) farmers. Nothing artificial, not even powdered pectin is added. Each recipe has been developed utilizing only the natural pectin that in already available in fresh fruit naturally, so that less sugar is used. You can see the chunks of fruit and taste the fruit!
